Indian Students_Any update on PPR since January 1st 2021?

My medical passed on 21st December 2020 (requested by IRCC on 9th December 2020), as well as the eligibility review which started the same day. I have been waiting since then. However, there were something called ghost updates since last week going on everyday.

I got my OPR on Feb 7th (surprise to see on Sunday)

Do you happen to know whether the processing time starts after biometrics collection? Like, right now for India it is 9 weeks!!
Yes it's look like in current trend but it wasn't from biometric completion during lockdown.. Processing time is the mean of past cases. Every Tuesday it changes. So don't worry, I know people who got updates in 6 weeks too.. to got mine even during lockdown in 8 weeks not considered biometric when they said processing time was 23 weeks ...
