Hi there! How are you?
I'm applying for PG Diploma as well!
Which college and specialization are you thinking to apply for?
Are you applying for the January intake or the May intake?

My sister is looking for a course in Fashion business Management. So, right now we are considering Senecea and GBC for MAY 2018.

Has she completed a bachelors in the fashion stream?
Because from current intake, it is clear that students who are taking up studies without any connection or relevance with the prior completed studies are being rejected.
And if she is taking up something different from what she has already studied, she needs to make sure that in her SOP, it is clear why she is changing the stream. SOP should make the visa officer clear that why she is taking up the course and that she will leave the country once her studies are complete.
Cheers and all the very best to you and your sister.
If you need any sort of assistance or want to stay in touch while the visa process is underway, feel free to inbox and ask anything.
I am applying for the visa this coming Thursday for PG diploma in Alpha International Academy, Toronto which falls under St Lawrence College for the January 2018 intake.
Cheers!

She is a Bachelors in Design from NIFT Delhi. :)

She has 3 international internships.

I know she is going to get acceptance. It's not an issue for her being an A level student at NIFT. It's just that Canada does not provide much exposure at PG Level in Fashion (except for Ryerson)

You to buddy!

Any sort of assistance you need. You can ask me. Given that, I have already done a PG Diploma from Cambrian College, 2014, applied for 2 work permits and a PR myself, my sights might help students out.

Thanks

That is something that is going to help her a lot.
All she needs to focus on is her SOP.
With all the credentials she has got, nothing is going to cause any sort of problem.
She just needs to make sure that her point of taking up the course gets across the visa officer in her SOP.

Thank you! All I am concerned about is the rejection rate has been really high recently in India.
So I am just afraid of getting my Visa rejected. xD

The passport is dispatched for everyone.
You will have to wait for the passport to be delivered. Only then can you see if you are provided with the approved visa stamp or not.
All the best mate! I hope your visa gets approved. Cheers!

I have applied for masters at FDU vancouver and for PG diploma at CBU nova scotia. Do you have any information regarding the same?
See, if you have applied for a masters program at any university, your chances of getting a visa are absolute, considering all your documents were right and nothing was missing while filing!

I'm worried about FDU as I've heard a lot of negative comments about it. I have an offer letter from CBU but awaiting the one from FDU.
