Attestation for visa is to be done by a notary and not by school!
My course is MAster's

Huuu Finally you speak my language... When I enquired about the attestation... Some one in the forum said it needs from the school... and more over just xerox copies will do for the college?? Because coll clearly mentioned in the email to as"We dont accept scanned copies of the marksheets"

@winie yes man yesterday i have submitted my file and its under proccsing fingers crossed lets see what happens and they say i ll get my passport in 10 to 15 days

I heard Chandigarh process time is faster than Delhi not sure whether its true tho...

BTW dint you guys try the online method... Itseems, makes life easier for people like us... I mean the last min league...

@winie buddy i have have applied at jalandhar and file will be further transferd to chandighar for proccesing
@prathapg86 yaa i think so buddy becoz my freinds got visa in 4 days from chandighar and one got in 12 days for jan 2013 sesion

@winie man i exactly don't know the no. of papers but i have submmited my financial documents,acadimic certificates ,ielts,college LOA showing tution fee paid, medical certificate,loan letter,

@plzhelpme buddy i have studied in an icse school it was not that difficult for me to clear i just attended 10days classes for learning basics of ielts and after that i given the test and in the first go i got 7.0 buddy

IELTS: 6.5 (Overall Band).
