Did anyone get Indian PCC from Vancouver within 3 months?

please help me figure it out how to do application.

I am not sure who is now, but in the past you can just fill application with VFS vancouver and they will arrange PCC for u..

I applied in May 2012 through the VFS Calgary and they give me in Nov 2012, Vancouver HCI people are very help full, before you apply you call them they give you right path.

I applied today....its through blsindia-canada.com....
the processing time is 4-6 weeks.....total fee will be 65.40 ( 35.40 application fee + 30 courier)

You will send bunch of forms that are simple to be filled and can be downloaded from the website.
You will need recent photographs 35mm by 35 mm
