Indian PCC while on restoration

Hi

Anyone knows what can I provide to get PCC done from India as they require work permit or student visa, whereas my visa was refused and I have applied for restoration as a visitor ?

I showed them my application receipt (for a visitor visa) from IRCC at the Consulate General in Toronto. BLS would not accept your application so you have to go the Consulate. If your passport was renewed from here then you should get it within a day. If not, it can take upto 3-4 weeks.

I am in calgary so I think going to vancouver is tbe only option
