Indian PCC problem

Hi,
My wife's PCC has stamp and all but no signature. Both the passport stamp as well as the certificate lacks signature from the authority. I just noticed this after filing my PR application. Will this be a problem?

Yes, the signature is required. Visit the PSK again and get it signed.

Getting PCC is indeed a problem in india.
I have applied on 19th
Police verification also happened but no update or message from police or PSK ..
Calling them .. visiting them is not resolving the issue..

Use the Case specific enquiry to submit the updated document, you can find the link in the AOR document. Do this asap because the document update will take more than 4 weeks

Get it signed ASAP and submit via CSE ASAP.

Hi Sir, I have received my PCC from the passport SEVA but my consultant is asking to get the PCC from the police station as well. Is it mandatory to get it as my Police station in Tamil nadu said they will not issue anything as such.
I am running against time as my last date for document submission under express entry is August 4th

Get the one only from PSK that will work for your entire stay in india.

Getting PCC is indeed a problem in india.

Calling them .. visiting them is not resolving the issue..

Don't worry, it usually takes 15-18 days, you will get it in time.
The SDM office takes time to transfer to your local station, once it gets to your local station, they will call you for verification and signing of certain docs. After that you will get a message from PSK to collect your PCC within 4-5 days. Hopefully you have availed there SMS service.

yes Police officer from local thana has come already twice.. once to get signature .. second time to get some ..
He has sent the files back to SSP office now. He was saying SSP office will conduct some intelligence review also then they will send it to PSK..

I will wait for 5-6 days otherwise will visit them also..
