Documentation delivered to BLS Brampton on 22 April, till today they didn’t even open the courier. And not even responding properly. Applied Canadian PCC on 22 April as well and even received it.
These BLS are such morons

For my case

Send Courier - 20 April -2020
Received mail of acknowledgement - 27 April 2020

It will take a time of around 3-4 weeks, be relaxed

You need to send the Original passport, and rest other documents -(PCC application, visa status document, passport photo copy) .
Generate a label in BLS website
Take 44.40 CAD Money order on the name of - BLS INTL Canada Services INC
put these docs in one cover, paste the label on the top.
call the purolator CC and ask for a pick up.
Done
