How many days if I apply now for India PCC?

Processing time mentioned by CGI is 4-6 weeks, but in my experience I saw people getting in 1 week and some people didn't get even after 11 months. It depends on case to case.

I already applied 2 times at CGI last year and it processed in one week there.

You most likely will get it with in a month since you have already applied and received PCC.

If that is the case then you can obtain PCC from Passport office and it will not take more than a day.
