Indian PCC for non-Indians

Non Indian who have stayed India. How can I obtain Indian Pcc if I don’t have original passport visa stamp? I have contacted India consul in Canada and they’re requesting original passport I used 2014 to enter India. I have since renew 3 passports. Bureaucracy making things complicate.

If you are a foreigner, residing in India, you can apply directly at the local police station, where you have registered yourself.

Issuance of PCC depends on how much time the police takes to conduct the field verification (which is usually approx 7 working days). Generally, you get the PCC in one or two working days after your field verification.

Since, I am resident of Delhi and citizen of India, I had applied online and was given my PCC in 11 calendar days.
