Just an update. I got my PCC at Chennai Tambaram PSK after Police Verification. Went to PSK on 17th Oct and was given "Await PV". Police verification happened on 20th Oct. Then no messgae from PSK though i enrolled for SMS service for 50Rs. Then, I called Commissioner Office at Chennai, they told me they have given all documents to PSK so you can directly collect PCC from PSK. So any of you, waiting for SMS from PSK. Don't wait if your Police Verification is completed, you can just go and collect PCC after 3-4 days. This is my experience regarding getting PCC from Chennai.
