I am in the process of renewing my Indian passport. I am a PR holder, and I am getting my canadian address printed on the passport. However, it is mandatory to provide an Indian address in the form. It also clearly states that it is not necessary that "presence of the applicant is not mandatory at the Indian address". However, in the checklist, there is a checklist to provide proof of the Indian address.
What proof do I provide for the address ? My parent's Aadhar card ?
