Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

Hi,
Submitted for passport renewal(normal) at BLS on 15-Apr -25
Reached CGI Vancouver on 16-Apr-25
Status is "passport application is under review at Embassy/Consulate" since 17-Apr -25

The address to be printed on the passport is Indian address. Can someone please tell me how do I check the "inspect mode" from which portal? i read somewhere someone said it is under "developer tools". Can you please share the link or the exact page to track the police verification?

QQ1: If opt for Premium lounge service do I still need to register & submit the Passport application online(Re-issue of it) or can be done when I visit the BLS Center?

QQ2: Is it possible to renew the passport before the 1 Year validity experiy period since I need this asap to apply for work permit. Has anyone done this?

Which form do I need to fill for passport renewal. We r on work permit and our passport is expiring soon.which form do I need to fill for me and my husband and our 10 years old child. Pls reply
