All Status changes after Printing got updated on the BLS website only. you'll also get it very soon. Thank you for all the support. It was due to your remarks I was able to convert Purolator drop-off to in-person pick-up which saved me time as my flight is tomorrow.

Hi, I've given for passport renewal on Nov. 9th (BLS Bramption, walk-in) and in inspect mode it says GRANTING_INTIATED on Nov. 23rd. Anyone knows how many days will it take to change the status to PV Initiated/Clear ? Anyone have idea, that I can get it before Dec. 15th, because I've a US Visa Medicals lined up on that day ? I couldnt give it under tatkal because of spouse name addition.

By when will I be able to receive my passport? BLS has to send them to me via courier ( from Brampton to DT Toronto)?

Checked on BLS website and it says "Ready for Dispatch" - Does this mean they will be sending it out via purolator today?

Hello everyone! May I please know what is the process for passport renewal in Ottawa after the Police Verification? Do all passports get printed in Delhi and then get sent over to Ottawa?

My flight is on Dec 20th and I am getting very stressed. The BLS team in Ottawa assured me that I would get my passport in 8 weeks and I submitted my passport on Oct 3rd. On Nov 15, my status on Seva changed to "PV initiated" and my family received a phone call for the Police Verification on Nov 16. Since then the status has changed to "Processing at Embassy / Consulate," however the trackerApplicationStatus still says "PV initiated"...

Any information on the above would help!

Hello Everyone,
Question regarding Indian passport validity.
My wife's passport will expire in October-2023. She is currently on PR.
And we are planning a trip to India sometime around March / April 2023.
Will there be any problem with entering or leaving - India / canada, if the passport has less than 6months validity ?

Hi, Went to BLS to request a change. got email confirmation as well after. I was able to get last minute appointment for the following day's visit at BLS.
