Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

I think it's Toronto, as I applied through Brampton Bls.
I applied on 26th sept, my PV was done oct i.e 21st oct.
Checked twice with the police station to make sure whether it is sent for next steps.
Trying to contact indian embassy to get some details about my passport file.
Last status showed: your passport application has been granted.

Do you know what could be my next steps ?

So based on my experience, PV is done in 2 stages - first is when the local police station does the verification and sends the report to the regional passport office, the verification then moves to the next step where the police authorities at the your city in india will finally upload the clear police report, only after which the passport moves to the printing stage. I contacted mumbai contacted mumbai police by sending them a message on twitter (X) and the clear report was uploaded within a few days. Suggest contacting indian city police via X and sending them a message. The starus will show passport application has been granted in mostly all cases but without the clear police report for your appln, this will not move to the printing stage. hope this helps..

My local city police station verification was done.
I was trying to contact Thane RPO to get some details.
May be I'll try the Mumbai RPO.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
Pv done by local police--> rpo--> printing stage--> sent to ottawa or bls--> delivery.

In my case I need to contact the rpo, right ?

I'll share my file status, may be I'll get more clarification.

I'm planning to go to India on 22nd Dec, is this sufficient time to get the passport ?

Did anyone's status get updated today? Mine is stuck at "Passport printed and will be delivered shorty" since 27th Nov 2024..
Also anyone tried contacting CGI ? I have mailed them and called them but no response..

@meDeshpande - no update, my application is with the same status since 30th Nov. Emailed - no response, called - no response, tweeted - no response. Lets see what happens tomorrow...

Good morning.mine status is also same from 26th nov .today I made call to consulate they told me your passport now go for stamping and consulate general sign your passport and you will get passport this week for sure .
