Indian Part-Time/Distance learning degrees/diplomas/certificates unite here

Hi,
As it is pretty common for working people in India to go for Part-time/Distance learning options.
Lets unite here and share experiences about ECA, this might bring more clarity to those who are planning a course for gaining more points.
Everyone posting should tell :-
1. Course name.
2. University name.
3. Approvals the course/univ. got.
4. Equivalency given by assessment authority(MOST IMPORTANT)

Not only those who got successful, but also who did not got the any equivalency to a Canadian degree/diploma/certificate.

Mostly the problem is for Post Grad Diploma and Masters.
Part time and correspondence masters is not an issue, but MA is sometimes equivalency is NOTHING.
other masters such as MCA MBA are equivalent to Masters.

ARSD College
Delhi University
Equivalent to Canadian 3 yr Bachelors

M.Com
Study Centre Delhi
Periyar University (Tamil Nadu)
Yet to Apply for WES

As per WES online tool it is equivalent to "Two or more Post Secondary Degrees with one being 3 yrs long"
But my concern is whether WES will mark it Part time or Full Time ?

Has anyone who got their Distance learning degree evaluated from WES and got Part time or Full time comment on it.

I hope Part time / Full time is concerned with open learning courses which are different from Distance learning.

Please shed some light on this Part time / Full time option given in the education section of EE account .
