Indian Parents visiting Canada Via London

Hi,

Does anyone know if my parents Indian citizens who are visiting Canada on a tourist visa via London Heathrow require a transit visa for London ?

I already got burnt once when i booked on united airline and they were rejected entry as usa requires transit visa.

Appreciate any info i can get.

I think the best thing is to check on the airport website and contact your airline, they should be able to answer.

It looks like they may be ok since they are heading to Canada and have a visa for Canada as long as their connection is less than 24 hrs and connecting flight is confirmed but please double check all the details incl visa type, etc. in the link.
