Re: Canada a bright venue for your corporate future. January 6, 2012

(INDIAN) said:
"In contrast to the three categories recent fluctuations have halted the entrepreneur and investor program, but for self-employed you have good opportunity, for an unmatched skill in the required fields."

It is easy to establish a small runny company for some collected income of savings of lifetime. Nonetheless when the same is faced with tough conditions of market one thinks of moving his commercial setting to a place where he can grow a pace and secure flux from the coordination.

In lieu of that most of the time people think to even take their business abroad and spread globally. So the main idea for them is sometimes U.S. and Australia but some may forget that Canada is the future of great generation to come and that this land can also become their firm footing to give boom to their business for a global perspective.

So if you head to Canada and have a plan to start a business then make sure you are not just trying to make a good fortune for yourself but also help Canada grow. The main requirement is to get a stable pass and a good starting point which totally depends upon your choice of corporate scope and the market you want to wriggle in.

First is to know about who can apply in Canada as the Canadians are welcoming so they are very good at accountability and transparency in judgment. Normally Commercial émigrés are of three main categories. One who want to invest his or her money in some kind of running business, other who wants to start his or her own business and finally those who are skilled enough to join in any running work or provide assistance to others in many a common drill the Self Employed personals.

Keeping the above fact in View Canada immigration Department allows three main categories of workers to come at their disposal. They are

A.Investors.

B.Entrepreneurs.(Contractors)

C.Self Employed persons.

Depositors:

For this package you should meet the regulatory requirements. During the procedure, you will be asked information about your experience as a man or woman business and your financial assets.

The Immigrant Investor Program seeks to encourage experienced business people who can invest 800000 $ CAN to the Canadian economy and become permanent residents. Investors should:

•experience in business;

• minimum net worth of 1.6 million $ CAN obtained legally;

• an investment of 800,000 CAD.

Your asset is achieved by (CIC) and certain by the Canadian provinces.

The recent development for this category has been made and the Immigrant Investor Program (federal) is not accommodating applications, since the Centralized Intake Office has received 700 of them, the new annual limit recognized by ministerial instructions in force since 1st July 2011. Investors may submit applications again from 1st July 2012, unless otherwise indicated a possible ministerial instruction. The ceiling of 700 applications per year does not apply to the Immigrant Investor Program of Quebec.

Contractors:

The Tycoon Package seeks to charm practiced corporate persons who will possess and energetically accomplish a Canadian firm that underwrites to pecuniary progress and profession construction. When you arrive in Canada as an industrialist, you must flinch and activate a professional magnificently in a convinced time epoch. You are also obligatory to make service chances.

It is to be alarmed conversely that CIC has provisionally immobile acquiescent requests for the centralized businessperson package. Only requests conventional earlier July 1, 2011, will be treated. This postponement will last until additional sign.

Self-employed:

To arrive Canada under the Migration Package for self-employed, you must have knowledge in commercial connected to a national manufacturing, the subdivision of exercises or farmhouse organization. The self-employed must meet the following criteria:

•pertinent knowledge that will allow them to donate meaningfully to the national or sporty life of Canada or

•Have knowledge in farm organization and the meaning and ability to purchase and operate a farm in Canada.

It is also to be noted that presently the entrepreneur and investor program are closed for unknown time till then the opportunity is only available for Self Employed and skilled personals who can assure their capability for the required fields. (Source CIC)

Minister Kenney issues statement recognizing Chinese New Year January 20, 2012

Statement – Minister Kenney issues statement recognizing Chinese New Year

Ottawa, January 20, 2012 — The Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, issued the following statement recognizing the start of the Chinese New Year:

Chinese Canadians will be gathering with family and friends over the coming days to celebrate the start of a New Year, the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is a time to recognize good fortune, and to welcome longevity and prosperity.

According to the Chinese Zodiac, each year is dedicated to a specific animal, and this year will mark the Year of the Dragon. It is believed the Year of the Dragon will be marked by excitement and exhilaration. Those born during this year are described as passionate, brave and self-assured.

For those of Chinese descent living in Canada and around the world, this holiday is a time to reflect on the past and look optimistically to the future.

For all Canadians, Chinese New Year provides an excellent opportunity to reflect on the tremendous contributions that members of the Chinese community have made to this country’s rich and diverse heritage.

As Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, I extend my best wishes to those celebrating Chinese New Year, and I hope the Year of the Dragon brings everyone health, happiness and prosperity.
