Hi ,

Can a Indian government employee apply for Permanent Residence in Canada as Principal Applicant without any NOC.
Can you please throw some light on this.

Thanks for the response and does the person also needs a NOC if they are applying as a dependent?

I think government employees need noc to travel out of India..leave alone applying as a dependent / primary
