INDIAN FSW 2013 Birth Certificate QUERIES

All folks who belong to India and have not been able to send their BC but other docs....lets all discuss senior members also please guide us specially those in CA......

Let me start
Me = primary applicant = agency asked for my 12th pass certificate as proof my parents were traveling birth record was with them
Spouse = born in India no record = sent 12th pass certificate as proof j

I have already provided the inputs in the timeline thread whatever I know and gathered..It would be great if Indians who got PER can clarify the situation

Just read your post......ur situation is ditto mine n my noc is close to yours...I'm 3143 and spouse 3142 waiting for your application to get thru........what about u n ur spouse.......praying for all applicants.......

My spouse is primary applicant and she had birth certificate from the authorities as she was born in a metro and her parents are doctor.So might be they were aware and I know my father-in-law is man of documents.I was born in an air force hospital and I don't have birth certificate issued by any municipal authority.I just have the certificate issued by air force authorities mentioning my weight/gender and parents details.

I have submitted my tenth certificate in lieu of my birth certificate.Let's see what is the outcome??

I am also waiting to hear from people who got PER.but as per my understanding we are good to go.But this issue definitely created lot of anxiety.

By the way I am Technical consultant (Collaboration and Telecom) and I thin I don't belong to any NOC in Canada

Australia would be better place for me

I also have BC problem. I am planning to attach an affidavit stating my dob is xyz as per my passport and hsc certificate... Should we also attach a "No record Found" certificate from municipality ?

I think u attach ur 10th or 12th pass certificate .....that's wat I did or try to get a BC issued...it's better to have it...as I didn't send mine I am already regretting

all ready one person got cc charged with submitting SSC certificate in-replace of birth certificate with proper explanation. But it will be better to have it still.

Could you plz let me know it is necessary to submit bc. ? Because I have not seen in instruction guide on cic that you need to submit bc as proof of you dob. Plz reply me. For what purpose it need .
