I dint pay tax because my pay was below the tax payment to the government.. so i actually put a letter with my reference letter from my accounttant in india explaining the situation tht my income is not taxable..

varinder, do you have pay slips or copy of returns you paid as your income tax. if yes than you will not be rejected

No i havent got the invitation.. but i am eligible both for cec as well as fsw.. bt my file got into pool under cec.. i got points for foreign work experience while studying.. so do you think i shd put my file under fsw?
But as per the new rule now even if i am eligible for both the categories, my file will be selected under cec..as the new rule says..

you will also need schedule 4 and schedule A, you can consult your accountant about it too

Hi Varinder,

Now you will get invite under CEC only. I think we are good. Because i read so many previous post and Expree entry guideline it is not mentioned anywhere that you cannot claim points for Foreign part time work exp while studying.

Where as its clearly mentioned for CEC. And we are not using that experience to become eligible for CEC. We are using our foreign part time work exp to claim points only.
