INDIAN EXPERIENCE PROBLEM

iam currently applying for PR under Canadian experience class.I have got enough experience in Canada for the application.But i have two years experience back in India,and unfortunately the institution that i worked is not functional any more.So whats the problem i will face in future regarding this if i get an invitation?? Do i need to provide any supporting document regarding the closure of that institution while iam completing my time period pages??

1.Please ask your manager to provide a letter stating that the company is no longer operational
2. Ask the manager to provide roles and responsibilities in a separate letter and sign them
3. Notarize this(optional) - stating that the information provided is true

So will they accept the experience letter that i have submitted while applying my visa from India ?? its must that i have to get a new one in the above mentioned format??

You must have a letter which states roles and responsibilities.
