Indian entrt visa question

Sorry for posting it here, as i am not getting any help from BLShit.
While filling in the online application form, there was a section that asks have you ever entred India, if yea they one has to provide previous visa details.
I just got Canadian pp and i surrender my Indian pp. I have visited india a few time on indian pp, what should i fill in that section as all tabs are mandatory and it doesn’t give you an option to select indian pp.

Hi All, has anyone applied for entry visa for India? Do you know if the surrender certificate is a requirement for the visa. I know that it is required for OCI.

It's been discussed in various threads, you can search. You don't need the surrender cert for the visa. You can apply for visa and surrender cert at the same time.
