Indian Education credentials assessment - Documents attestation

Hello,

I just called WES to ask them that "I have attested copies of my secondary and higher secondary examinations - attested from my school principal. However our school does not have an official envelope. So is it ok if I send in a regular envelope. ". They responded saying that the docs should be attested by the state board of education and not the respective school principal. And got to put the attested copies in the State board official envelope and then send it to WES.

My question is: Has anybody did this? If not, have I mis-interpreted anything than what any of you have done? Pls let me know.

Wt is you last qualification degree or diploma. If u have any of above than no need to send 10 or 12 marksheet

Actually in the WES website under the document required section it says that we need to provide all education certificates such as 10+2, And degree certificates. I have completed B.Sc and working in the US for past 5 years. The pain is to ask my parents/relatives to run around in india, get them attested and send it back to me for evaluation. I guess I ll miss the May 4th this time :-( so sad that after doing everything else, I am falling behind on the ECA.

I have completed B.Sc and working in the US for past 5 years. The pain is to ask my parents/relatives to run around in india, get them attested and send it back to me for evaluation. Wrong. 12 class not needed at all, clearly mentioned there, recheck.

Hello let me know u did snd the docs to WES?
I am not getting how their evaluation fee of documents to be sent? through courier or what? as it's in Cdn dollars
secondly can v send them docx from canada? i mean getting attested the documents from local state board of education and then sending them from Canada? is it possible?

But i have query that I have degree of B.Tech as well my Post Graduation degree with Mark sheets .But what about academic records/transcripts/statement of marks..I am not getting that one..What includes in "academic records/transcripts/statement of marks" ..Bcz I have done my Post Graduation from Overseas University and I am in My home country..So kindly suggest me about "academic records/transcripts/statement of marks"..Waiting for ur reply ASAP. Transcript you can order form your universtiy, for oversear university you need to check with uni website

Thanks ..I am planning to apply from WES institute for my Assessment ..I have gone through website ..i found this when i have selected INDIA ..

You may have photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar's Office. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.

and

download academic transcript request form. .. what does mean by Academic Transcript Request Form,where it will use.Is this form need for my Assessment process? ,Should I attach this form with my documents for Assessment process? or Is it required for getting my Transcript from the university?

When i have selected UK for my Masters Degree , Then it has mentioned :

Transcript of academic records issued by the institutions attended - showing all subjects completed and all grades/marks awarded for all years of post-secondary study

in how to submit section it has mentioned:

To be sent directly to WES by the institutions attended

tat means ,My institutes will send that transcript to WES directly...If yes then i am confuse ,i dont think so my university will do that one..

Kindly suggest me what i suppose to do?

You can take sealed cover form university and send your self
include marksheet, degree certi and transcript duly attested by university registar, put the same along with form form WES filled and signed by uni.
write your details and ref. no form WES on the cover
put all things in cover and have a seal form uni.
send your self, its no problem.

So what about transcript request form ,which has been mentioned in WES documentation part?? where it will require ??

and i am in India.I can do for my B.Tech degree bcz i have completed from one of Indian University...But i have completed My master degree from UK..So its very difficult to do all the things.. I can arrange Transcript from that university .but accept that Is any other way to do ..Kindly let me know?
