Indian Driving license

So I gave my G1 and they did not accept my Indian DL since it was in bad condition. (I have 3 years of driving experience in my India) they told me to get a new license and then apply for experience again. So I got my new license from India now but will they consider that experience now since I have already given my G1? They said they will but I'm not sure! Has anyone faced faced this kind of thing?

@saumil007 --- how did you got your new license from India? Did you went their personally and got it or did you applied through Indian Embassy?

Also try to go to different centers to get your driving history added. To get your driving history added, you will need to get DL extract from India which for some states you can apply online, for others you probably have to send the authorisation letter to your friend/relative you can act on your behalf and collect from RTO.... Even if you apply online, you will need to get seal and signature of proper RTO authorities from India to have it considered in Canada.....

Hey, my friend got it for me from India through an agent, and yes they did accept my new DL licence and extract after I gave my G1

@saumil007 If you dont mind, can you please scan, hide out the personal information and post the link to the image? It will be very helpful if we can see the format and will get the same format issued from respective RTO in India..... My DL extract was rejected here and they dont give any reason whatsoever for rejection expect that "the DL extract doesnt has certain security features......
