Indian Birth certificate not available -Parents and Grandparents PR sponsorship

Hi friends ,
I see there are so many people in this forum sponsored their parents and grandparents for PR every year.
during this PR process, they require parents birth certificate.
Please advise regarding my situation,
I’m the sponsor for my parents we are from india. I have my Birth certificate and
Parents don’t have their birth certificate for them. Is it mandatory to submit their birth certificate for the parents and grandparents program?
if so how to obtain? Or will IRCC accept any secondary evidence such as Aadhar card or School certificate .
Anyone faced similar problems. Please share your experience

@joyus Hi friend , I got your contact from one of the post. I came to know you applied for your parents PR from India. Can you guide me in the above query regarding birth certificate issue ?
