India Upront medical but received medical request again

Anyonr from india receive medical request despite already Upront medicals . I did but i think its because my previous medicals expired 10 days ago . They were valid at time i applied .

If your student permit application was done online, it is asked in the questionnaire before you proceed to upload your documents.
