India Police Clearance Inland Applicant

Hi,

I'm an International student, currently working in Canada. I got Indian police clearance (through BLS Consulate toronto) last year in Oct. Since then, I visited India for about 28 days. Do I need to get new Indian police clearance? I'm little confused from CIC website. Just wanted to clarify.

yes you do need it anyways because the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

Thanks for your response. Isn't they require PCC to be issued no more than six months for country I'm currently live in, which is Canada. For Canada, I'm applying PCC, so no issue for that. What I'm asking is for India where I used to live in.

Please check this. I just remember, I had discussion on this last year. I think I don't need new PCC for India.
