India PCC from Toronto

Hi All,
The current status of my application in BLS : Police Clearance Certificate has been printed. Any clue how long it takes to receive the copy after the above step?

My parents went to the police station on Saturday and showed them the address proof but I didn't see any changes in the embassy website as of yet. Its strange coz I am sure the guy must have sent it from his end. I guess its just a waiting game now.

EDIT: I just checked and the status changed to this "Police Clearance Certificate has been printed."

EDIT 2: BLS status updated to "In transit from consulate general to BLS", Let see how long it takes coz of xmas and covid.

Wao! Your process was very quick! Your application was accepted on 14th Dec, right? And your PCC is already dispatched. That's less than 2 weeks. That's great! If you don't mind me asking, are you from some big city or metropolitan? I hear police verification is usually faster in big cities.

Based on responses in this thread, it should take 1 - 2 weeks. May I ask when did you apply? Just trying to understand how long it is taking these days.

Bls received my application on 10 december and they sent my pcc yesterday. It reached to my address today but i wasnt home so now i have to pick it up at courier depot.

Do they send you an email when they dispatch the PCC from BLS? My status on BLS says "Ready to be dispatched" I wonder how long it will take now coz of Xmas.

I applied through BLS Brampton postal service on 18th Nov 2020
Got an email on 24th Nov for missing documents. Sent within 15 minutes.
Application status updated received on 26th Nov
30th Nov got an email for police verification initiated.

Police verification done at Local Thana on 2nd Dec 2020

Emailed consulate for status on 10th Dec.

Got a reply from Consulate on 14th Dec saying "Handed over the BLS. Within one week you will receive the PCC".

I sent the email to District RPO email; pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in; cons.toronto@mea.gov.in & qc.c@blsinternational.net

Also status online changed to "Police Certificate has been printed"

Status changed today to "Ready to dispatch" on BLS website.

Hi, I got my PCC....It is black & white...Should it be in color or black &white ?

Dec 24: My PCC has been dispatched from BLS and is in transit via Purolator.
 
I got my PCC delivered by Purolator today afternoon. I had applied to Brampton BLS through postal service.

My timeline:

Dec 7: Sent my docs to Purolator Mail service
Dec 8: Documents Reached BLS Brampton
Dec 11: Received Email about Initiation of Police Verification
Dec 14: Police verification done at home in India
Dec 21: Status changed to "PCC printed"
Dec 23: Tracking on BLS website showing" dispatched with tracking no"
Dec 24: received today through Purolator.

In total, the whole process took 2.5 weeks
