After 10 follow ups and multiple emails finally my PCC status has been changed from " Processing at Indian consulate" to " PCC has been granted"

Do anyone know how long it will take to receive the physical copy ?

I applied for my PCC on October 08 and it shows on portal 4 PCC has been granted. Police verification has been initiated.PCC will be available after police report will received.

How long does it take to get my PCC.

Here's the PCC timeline for my newly issued Passport from Toronto:

Sep 30: PCC application couriered via Purolator
Oct 1: BLS acknowledgment
Oct 8: BLS sent my application to Consulate (After follow-ups)
Oct 9: Processing at Consulate
Oct 14: Police verification email received, and status changed to "PCC has been granted. Police verification has been initiated.PCC will be available after police report will received" on the same day
Oct 20: PCC has been printed
Oct 21: Dispatched by BLS thru Purolator
Oct 22: Received

However, my husband's PCC applied through Consulate is remaining in the status "PCC has been granted. Police verification has been initiated.PCC will be available after police report will received" for 2 weeks.

No update or response from Consulate or RPO on the Grievance or follow-up mail.

You can apply for a new passport through Consulate. Would suggest you to for Tatkaal if it's urgent. A new passport is issued in 5 business days.

Oct 6: Walkin at BLS Brampton
Oct 7: BLS sent my application to Consulate
Oct 8: Processing at Consulate
Oct 9: Police verification email received
Oct 15: Police verification was completed at residence by local police.
Oct 16: PCC has been printed
Oct 20: Dispatched by BLS thru Purolator
Oct 21: Received

My PCC story incase it helps anyone.
Applied for Tatkal passports to add spouse name on both mine and my husband's passport on Sep-10 and received the passport on Sep-21. It was a walk-in application.
Walk-in application for PCC submitted at BLS Brampton -- Sep 24
Status changed to "Passport under review at Indian embassy" and CAT number generated -- Sep 25
(https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html)--Portal to check status
Police verification initiated mail -- Sep 30
Verification done at local police station -- Oct 1
(The police called my parents number provided in the application and asked to submit aadhar, passport copy)
Status remained "Passport under review at Indian embassy" -- Oct 15
Contacted RPO office (Vizag) and sent an email saying about delay in pcc -- Oct 15
Got reply back from RPO saying police report is clear and PCC will be printed -- Oct 15
Status on portal "PCC Printed" -- Oct 16

The above timelines are same for me an my husband. Will add further updates as received.

13-10-2020 - BLS Tracking - Picked up from Consulate. Hopefully I will receive the letter this week

Updated: Package delivered on 19th October. it took exactly 4 weeks from the date of submission. I had hurdles for a week or so when the status was not changed and I raised a grievance and the next day the status change happened.

i'm trying to send my documents using the pick-up and drop option from BLS site. It says "THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CHARGES ARE FOR COURIER OF YOUR DOCUMENTS. ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS, SEPARATE DEMAND DRAFT/MONEY ORDER IS REQUIRED."

How much is the amount that i have to pay in demand draft? Can i send a cheque instead?
