can you check with your Local SP office, because your local police station send the report to SP office then SP office submit the report online. Same case is happening with me, Mine is pending with SP office only, because their dongle has expired and not able to submit the report until they get the new dongle. It already passed around 1 month.
 
I have received my PCC on Saturday July 11.
PCC Time line: (applied through BLS Brampton):
Documents reached BLS - May 20
BLS started processing my application -- June 03
Documents reached at CGI -- June 04
Police verification initiated -- June 09
Police verification completed in India by local police -- June 19
Pcc need to collect from regional passport office(status from Indian PSK status link) -- 29th June.
PCC grated ---8th July
PCC Printed -- 8th July
PCC transit from CGI to BLS --- 9th July
PCC received -- 11 July 2020

Thank you every one who are are part of this forum helped with all information I needed during last 2 months.
Wishing you all gud luck and sincerely hope that every 1 should receive their PCC soon.

Called the call center and they said that they will process the application received in the week of 22nd June this week. So expect an additional week of delay in the whole process if you are applying using postal application in or around Toronto. It's taking 3 weeks to simply open your envelope and process your application. If they raise any objection in the application, then add another 2-3 weeks in the process.

I got reply from consulate this afternoon that I have adverse report by police so they are initiating re-verfication. Idk what is going there as police said he has submitted clear report. I hope I will be able to short it out.

Ah thats bad! did they give you timelines? which region in India you are getting PV from?

I've check with local Police station, they said its processed from their end and sent to PSK, PSK call center says Its not with them and I need to check with RPO and local consulate, RPO unreachable and Toronto Consulate says its still pending with Local PS authorities.
Its been more than 4 weeks now from Police verification.

In Chennai lot of covid cases which is causing delay in processing.
 
For the police clearance reference form, what do we have to fill for the last column , Period of stay in India

Do we need to mention from 18+ year onwards ? I was born in 1990, so that means from 2008-2020 ?
 
I submitted my application on 4th of July and BLS Brampton updated status on 12 june that it's in progress and then moved to consulate on 12th june.
Current stage of my application is PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office. May I know how much more time will it take to get the pcc. Sent couple of email to consulate but no luck.

Just to inform , Once the police verification is done, local police station sends the file to RPO and they

this status PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office suggests verification is done and they have uploaded .Its basically with Embassy. USually it will be picked within 1 week. However if you still dont see, you can drop concern/polite email to consulate, they will expedite.
 
Thanks a lot guys for all the prompt information shared here. I got my PCC exactly after 2 months of submission. I wish everyone who are in same boat to get the same as soon as possible.

Please HELP ME.!!!!
My PCC is Ready for Collection since July 2 , but BLS is not releasing it. I am contacting BLS everyday but they are saying we will release it today. But No they are not doing anything.
Please suggest me something.
