I called consulate today, luckily they answered and said that they already sent my PCC to BLS. Don't know how many days BLS will take to send PCC.

at least on this part BLS is consistent. They are mailing it back to the applicant on the same day they receive it....

Then where was it since 19 June? You know today I finally managed to reach consulate on the call and they said we send it on the same day to BLS,, so I don’t understand where was it since then?

its a mandatory quarantine (self defined by BLS) they are touching our application after a week they are getting I think . My wife application timelines matching this.

Mine Printed on 23rd and i am thinking the status change on 30th and then my assumption will be proved

Once it will say printed then is it with Consulate or BLS?? Mine is saying its printed on 23 Jun 2020. I called BLS but they are saying that they do not have any information.

do you know what number you called at ? all i get is idiots on the phone in consulate, who are good for nothing with no info and lazy assholes

Where are you seeing this status on B LS site or anywhere else ?
 
What does this mean ?
PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office.
I applied thru BLS on 25th May and it seems to be like I am lost, consulate is not responding on the phone
