8 weeks from which date?
The date documents delivered to bls or the date documents received at Consulate?

I am assuming it is the date docs are delivered to BLS.

I am assuming it is the date docs are delivered to BLS.

As per BLS Customer Service folks, it is minimum 8 weeks from the day your application reach to Consulate. thats also if your local police will respond within 3 weeks. If they will delay, subsequently consulate and BLS will delay as well.

I thought that after that they will finish my application but still no response by them.
