For CGI Toronto, Photocopies is enough.

You can call purolator, quoting your number and ask them to bring a envelope (no additional cost).
 
Process for PCC for now:
1. Use this link to fill PCC form: https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/
2. Register with id and password. Go to Consular then Miscellaneous and at last Police clearance to fill out the Police clearance form.
3. Print the form and paste your passport size pic (2x2' size needed for pic). Sign the form.
4. Call Bls Brampton (416) 307-2237 ) to arrange purolator pick up. Try to call In Morning. During the conversation with BLS customer service, they will send you two links for payment. Once you pay through both links you will receive two more emails. One is for Confirmation and Another email will be with PICK UP LABEL. You will also receive one more email in regards to the reference number of purolator pick details like weight, date and time of pick up.
2. Download and print that Label.
3. Be ready with bank Draft of $44. 40 in the name of BLS international services Canada inc.
4. Docs required to send along with PCC form. "Only photocopies required". Self attest all photocopies.
  • Work permit photocopy.
  • SIN number and driver licence photocopy
  • Passport (front and back page)
5. You can arrange the purolator envelope by yourself or the purolator guy will bring and you can use that one.
6. You can track your envelope with reference number provided you in email on Purolator app.

Never give out your sin number. License is fine. U don’t need to call Bls as well. Call Purolator for pickup
I got my PCC in first week of May.

anyone can tell me how many days after the status says “Processing at Consulate General” ?
 
Hi Friends, I had sent my PCC request on 28th April and status is showing Processing at Consulate General since 15th May. I received an email from embassy mentioning that the PCC request has been sent to the local police station in India for verification today. Is this normal.

Please advise.
