How do I request an extension from IRCC to submit the PCC for India?

New status of PCC will come after PCC is printed and delivered after 2 weeks

I did go there yesterday and a very uncouth man refused to entertain any such request for a printout.. extremely disappointed at their behavior (more than not getting a printout) and they asked me to wait for the process to move along.. The counter for PCC was empty (there was no one behind the counter either).. no option but to wait for it it seems
 
My application status went back to "PCC application in review at Indian Consulate" from "Police Verification Initiated". Local police has already submitted my report, but they have again received my application with the same file number. Does anyone faced a similar situation like this? Could it be a technical glitch or the local police has to submit the report again, which would be a dual effort at their end. Please advise.
 
Timeline-
8/05/22 - Purolator pickup arranged.
8/06/22 - Purolator picked up.
8/08/22 - Purolator delivered to BLS.
8/09/22 - BLS-under process.
8/10/22 - BLS-Under Process. In Transit from BLS Centre to Consulate General.
8/16/22 - PP-PCC application along with fee details have been received. The same is under processing at the Embassy/Consulate.
8/22/22 - PP-Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate.
8/25/22 - I asked my brother to go and check in police station if they have any enquiry request for me as no call was received from police station ( Stupid people )
8/29/22 - PP-Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance.
8/30/22 - PP-Police Clearance Certificate has been printed.
8/31/22 - BLS-In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre.
9/01/22 - BLS-Ready for Dispatch @11am.
9/01/22 - BLS-Dispatched via Courier
9/02/22 - Talked with BLS, they said it will be delivered tomorrow (9/02/22)

So it takes about 5 days from "PCC is available for issuance" to "delivery"

For me , it just says only one status pcc is clear and available for issuance and it has been more than 2 weeks they don’t answer call and emails. I live in Halifax. I don’t know how I can made them contact. Such a unprofessional service.

Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I applied to renew my passport 2 months ago and police verification was done as part of that process. Now I need the police clearance certificate for PR. Will it again go back to India for verification or will the consulate issue the PCC based on verification done 2 months ago? I haven’t travelled to India since then. Thanks

I'm in same situation, anyways going to submit my PCC application at BLS tomorrow.
