I got an email around 5:30pm from BLS on March 3rd that my application is pending due to incomplete application form. I did not fill in my father’s name (the form clearly says that it is mandatory to only fill one of the three - mother, father, guardian). Since I was providing my mom’s address proof and didn’t want to cause confusion, I only put in my mother’s name. For some reason BLS deemed this to be incomplete.
So they sent me an email with a link (that didn’t work) to upload the documents, and a password (that didn’t work) to log in to the portal. There was a sentence in the email, "to contact us, click here" and that link didn’t work. Anyway, I fenangled through and got through into the portal after an hour of trying and then recreated and uploaded a fresh application.
Today after several hours on the phone, I managed to get through to them. They told me my application is incomplete. I told them I uploaded it. Then they asked me did I reply to the email to tell them I uploaded The document. I said no, because there was no instruction to do so. The agent said I need to reply to the email. I told him I received two emails from two different addresses, which one should I send the reply to. He mentioned it should be the one from Brampton.p@bls etc... neither of the two emails I received was from that email address.....
Absolute clowns! Literally every other word they utter is just incorrect....even the message on their call has so many grammatical error, same with their emails.... I can’t even...
Anyway, yours should be able to be tracked online by tomorrow I am guessing.
