India PCC for Citizenship

Hello,

I became PR in May 2016 but returned to India after completing the landing procedure.
I returned to Canada in May 2017 and since then I am in Canada.

Now after 3 years of physical stay I am eligible for Citizenship.

But if I consider last 4 years, I was in India for more than 183 days, so

1. Am I required to produce India PCC for my Citizenship application?
2. Am I require to produce India PCC for my child Citizenship application?

1. Yes, you need to provide pcc for India in your case.

2. If the child is below 18 then no.

If the child is below 14 then no. Application form cit003f specified this. If he or she is above 14 and spent 183 days outside canada in the last 4 years then yes.

My son is 8years old...so as per replies PCC would not be required...Thanks.
