I received payment link just now. I learned a new trick guys. Do it fast. Just reply to your acknowledgement mail and you will get your payment link in some mins. Not a lie.
Do note that it might only work if your acknowledgement was received some hours ago.

I have tried this twice since last night. (I filled webform and had received acknowledgment almost instantly).
Still no payment link in sight! They just keep sending me another automated response with the consent form and courier form hyperlink etc.

Same happened with me. I filled my webform on sunday.

It works only once they generate link in their system. Their mail doesn't reach us the instant they create the link. Mine took almost 6+ hours to receive the mail so when I did this I could see the payment link in the quoted mail I receive.

Does it really matter if we write our name on second page of consent form instead of printing the name, as mentioned, in the form?

I remember filling it with pen back during the biometrics as well.

Yes, I remember the same. I too filled with pen only. So it does not matter.

i filled with pen completely last time and no problem, but this time i typed and printed for clarity. wont be an issue at all,

The next mail should be an acknowledgment with the AWB number with some details regarding what needs to be in the package and who it is to be addressed to and two consent forms:

• VFS consent form
• SMS courier request form

Finally was picked up today
