my question ..as my father is farmer ....we have agriculture land ..have income approx. 10 lakhs ...yearly..
but we never pay tax returns ...so how to show my father's income and source of funds..like just show the bils of sold crop etc.?

Provide the bills and every other document u can in ur case and mention with proves that its in your banks from the specific times in period by selling the cultivations. And not to disguise it. But I am not an expert here. So follow the visa guidelines n details too.

If you are applying as a SPP candidates then you don't have to show IT returns or other proof. You do need to show the loan approval letter equal to 80% tuition fees + one year living expense (10,000) which roughly comes to 9 lakhs for most people (assuming tuition fees of 12,000 CAD).

You can get a 9 lakh loan approval (or even loan) on a 10 lakh FD in bank, which your father can pay in cash.

If you do not need a loan, then you can cancel the loan and get your money back from bank once you receive the visa.

HI I agree with GS , you just have to submit your dad's proof annual income of 10 lakhs and your loan approved letter , that's all.

No fancy documents regarding finances or they'll scrutinize your application in the wrong ways.

well it depends on the tuition costs there's no fixed numerical value.

which amount are you referring to when you say 13000$ CAD ? living costs,tuition or annual income of parent ?

under general you have to show 1 year tuition + 10000$ (living)+ 2-3000$ for ticket

25000-26000$ would be fine to satisfy 1 yr

if you have a loan approved then I think it covers 80% of 1 yr fee which means that you must show 25-30 % more in money in liquid.

First year tuition fee+first year living expense+both airfare. Thats how it should be written . Btw, every univ determines their own annual living expense. My univ was located in Vancouver. Annual living expense was 13,000$
