The updation mails which we have received, were from NDVO, therefore our files should be at NDVO. ...I think. ..

But application are received by some canada vo at initial stage & I read in some thread that applications are processed in canada before medical...& then transferred to local VO...(our's is New Delhi)...n later half is processed in local VO

Yes after uci files trasferred to local visa office then updates will given by new delhi vo from rprf to medical and ppr.
