Dear candream
There are lucky people who have completed the whole federal stage and landed within 9months time line that too from New Delhi visaoffice recently .So the time lag some of us are experiencing seems to be based on file to file differences .Some sort of stuff which I don't understand.Prediction of processing time and generalization seems to be stupid at this stage

You are absolutely right dear

Dear km7,

That's correct that some people have landed in 9 months. I know many of them but those cases are entirely different and have no similarity with our cases.

As per cic portal, we should have got our dm/ppr by 31Mar'17 but see nothing has happened for us but some members in this forum only have got that in 20 days.

I will complete 5years in Dec'17 for Canada PR through Quebec Province and may still be waiting. :(

Its not about prediction and generalization but changing priorities and response times of cic for particular type of cases. There was nothing called express entry in 2012.

In 80's & 90's people used to take 12 to 15 years to reach canada. I know those poor souls also. :(

It was really sad to meet few guys last week who have crossed even 15months timeline. I just wanted to share that as they have similarity with our cases.

Anyways, We have to remain positive and wait patiently. May some day few drops of water will drop on this barren land also.

Good Luck to every one!!!

Hi Bestococo. How is your application doing? Have u called CIC to ask about your application, since it has reach almost the 13 months?

No it reach 9 months, but it was an answer to a question
Thank you so much

I am an applicant from India. My details are as follows:
Application filed (Sent to Nova Scotia): May 8th 2017

I would like to know the average time required for Indian applicants filing from India to receive the medical and RPRF request.

Can anyone please help?

Its really unpredictable dear because some people got their MR after a month or so after the AOR whereas some wait for upto 6 months & same with the RPRF. However the entire process in New Delhi visa office is taking upto 15 months. As @sandy01 is in his 15th month but still waiting for the DM and Myself & @lijose are in the 13th month of the processing but our Background check has still not been started yet.

Oh my God! This unpredictability can is indeed a problem. Becomes impossible to plan for the future!

We all are in the same boat buddy
I totally agree but I guess I may be the grandfather of all. I am in this process since November 2011. :)
