Hello I have given name Amrinder Singh and surname ghuman in passport( added surname by legal name change process) and just given name Amrinder Singh in all educational documents and birth certificate. so what should i choose from column "Known by another name" in quebec immigration file as surname not mentioned in birth certificate and edu certificates from following options- 1) Name at birth 2) Another legal name (following name change) 3) common name 4) name after marriage
please help

Kindly do keep the forum updated on any change to status. Your DM must happen either in this month under ideal situation or by Sept'17 under worst situation.

When I checked my application which I have linked with GC Key, I found that it is telling me "Your action is required" in details section but i don't see anything in the messages.

When I tried to check status and messages, I can see that application is in progress . When I checked each of the application status, I didn't get one of the statuses.
"Review of additional documents" : We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details.

But I don't see any messages for my application.

Due to numerous files moslty ppl getting documents required and medical request messages ..so u dont woory
Check this out updated on cic page

• You may see an incorrect application status asking for a medical exam or additional documents. If you actually need to send any documents or do a medical, you will see a message in your account and a letter explaining what you need to do.
