I got my file number october last for qubec migration what are the remaining steps to complete the process and timeperiod. we are Waiting for our new kid which is the apt time to add our kid.

After getting the AOR (File Number) the next step will be to do the Medicals, Pay RPLF and to submit the PCC or the passport updated copies (when asked) afterwards there will be Decision on your application followed by the PPR(passport request) this will be the final step of your application.
As per the current trend NDVO is processing the files in 17-18 months however the processing time as per CIC website is 14 months.
I suggest you to inform CIC as well as MIDI (for getting the CSQ from MIDI) asap after the baby born.
For adding newborn in the application and getting the CSQ for the newborn. I would request @raman8310 as we have seen recent posts by you in the past and I think you have also undergone the same situation.

i called embassy on 01141782000 that my medical is expiring and was done on 31 dec 2016 so do i need to go again also my pcc was done on 21 july 2016, but the agent asked wait until instructions from embassy.

I think you should wait for medicals to expire . CIC will definitely communicate before medical expiry else will let you know the guidelines .

embassy asked new docs on 23 oct 2017 i.e. provide the proof of education and employment. so what was expected to submit? i submitted transcript of masters degree and all educational degrees . provided work experience from my head where i am currently working , mobile number was provided there.

I have sent an enquiry starting this month but didn’t get any reply from them as of now. I have now made up my mind for remedical and then wait again for another few months.
