guys can anyone explain the procedure in short to get pr in quebec.. I know you need to get a csq and then apply for pr. I have checked online m elgible for csq..But i want to know when does the csq applications open this year 2017 ?and what is the average processing time

its dissapointing that i havent recieved PPR yet.. its almost been 1 year..
I havent seen in any of the threads that applicants have waited this long for new delhi office PPR.
Trying to be optimistic and hoping that i will get a good news soon.

Its sad to hear that jitin, i never thought this much time it will take after our file reaches newdelhi. usually things r fast once our file transferred to newdelhi visa office, thats what i heard.

I heard some good news from my friend regarding PP Request and Visa. Hope we all will get good news coming months.
Her timeline as - Med Rqst-Dec-16, Medical Done-3 Jan-2017,PPR-Jan-23, Passport submitted -28-Jan yesterday she got back Passport visa stamped.
Visa office is London as she staying in KSA.Me Too Hoping good news coming weeks .
