I'm confused by point #9 on the document checklist (IMM 5612). It says "You must submit a letter from your employer indicating that you will be employed indeterminately upon receiving permanent resident status" What does this mean? Does anyone has a sample letter?
Also, in point #9, it says "either of the documents listed in the table below". Does that mean if I only submit my work permit should be good enough?
In point #10, it's only for categary 3. Does that mean if I already prepared information in point #9 then I do not need to prepare anything under point #10???
