Kindly request you to withdraw your existing EE profile and recreate a new one. OINP has clearly mentioned on their website about recreating a new EE profile after 24th Nov. 2015 in order to receive the PT NOI from them for those with 400 CRS points and above.
Also make sure that you select only either "Ontario" or "All provinces and territories" in your EE profile. Best is to select only "Ontario".
Wait for a week's time to receive the PT NOI once you recreate your new EE profile.
