I suspect that you'll need a file number in order to match your new receipt with your existing application and in order to get a file number the application has to complete the R10 check. They may either send you a letter requesting that you pay the difference or they may send the application back as incomplete . . .
 
I paid the difference. Just the same procedure as before. However I have read that they will request it later on when I need to pay the right of pr fee. We'll see. Hoping for the best as this whole thing really has many people confused on what to do. Hopefully they will let it slide if a lot of others are paying incorrect fees. I will try calling the call centre tomorrow to speak with an agent on what the best thing to do here is.
