I have 1 year of foreign experience and 1 year of Canadian experience gained while studying. I should only be eligible for FSW but it shows that I am also eligible for CEC.

Under work history, for `Studying full-time while doing this job?`. I answered yes to this but it still shows that I am eligible for CEC. I have 500+ points and I got invited for CEC but cannot proceed ahead. Can anyone help me remove the eligibility for CEC without losing CRS points?

You need to decline ITA since you do not qualify under CEC and the ITA was issued under CEC.

You will definitely lose CRS points when your EE profile is fixed since you will have received additional CRS points incorrectly for having Canadian work experience. Did you report this work experience as Canadian work experience? I believe you should have reported this work experience as foreign work experience.

I have both foreign (1 year) and Canadian (1 year) work experience. The Canadian work was a NOC A job - Software Engineer for a GTA based company.

The 1 year of work experience you gained in Canada cannot be counted as Canadian work experience since it was completed during your studies.
