Hi guys, I graduated with a bachelors in Canada , worked for two years in Toronto now, NOC A category. age 28. My score was 466 before the November 19 changes. After November 19, my score become 476, not 496. I was expecting 30 points.Have no idea why. I asked CIC, they just send me to crs points calculations forum. Could anyone explain this? I even withdrew and created a new profile. I still got 476 back again. Would be glad if someone could help me understand this. Thank you.

I feel like I've answered this question at least 20 times. What were your answers for the following questions.

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
Help

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

I did a four year degree. I answered the questions as follows.

1. yes and I gave the designated school information.
2. I put no.
3.I put no again

It doesn't make sense. I asked CIC plenty of times. Either they say they'll get back to me or they just point me to the CRS points system. Bugging me for a while. I know its 20 points but makes a huge difference.

Those are correct. You should be getting the 30 points for Canadian Education.
