incorrect / less points awarded : Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experienc

Hello All,

I have been awarded only 25 points when I submitted my express entry profile even though CRS tools was showing 50 points.

I have checked all the eligibility conditions and rules according to which it should indeed be 50 points. Please guide me on what next steps I can take to get it rectified ?

Foreign work experience : More than 3 years ( in fact more than 10 years )
NOC code - 2173 Software engineers and designers A
IELTS score : L - 8.5 , R - 8.5 , W - 7 , S - 8 ( equivalent to CLB Level 9 or more )

First langauge proficiency points awarded - 125 which is correct so its definitely not an issue on language front.

Applying with Spouse.

Somehow its not considering my foreign work experience and awarding only 25 points instead of 50 points which puts be below 400 points mark

Please advise.

create a new profile. If foreign work experience is 3 yrs or more and u have clb9 it would be 50 points. Even your IELTS scores should be 133 and not 125. Please check it again

I have just notice that when I check my point usung this link (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp) I m getting 434 and when I am checking Canadavisa crs tools I m getting 458 ..bit confussed..anybody hv a look plz.

3+ yr foreign work exp.
ielts: r6w6l7.5s7
EE Score : 434

Guys just need yr advise if my score as per above is not correct.
