Incorrect information on CoPR, please help!

I have got my CoPR last night in mail (visa-exempt country), planning to do landing this weekend or early next week.

I have a question though, my last-entry date on my CoPR is incorrect which says Jul 2011 (i think that was the last entry date when I submitted my application), but I did went on trips after. Anyone knows how to proceed on that? Should I just tell the officer when I do the landing or advise CIC now?

I'm sure the letter that came with my CoPR says to tell the officer at the time of landing.

Correct, simply tell the officer during the landing and you'll be fine. Congrats!!
